Who Am I?
Born in Hammersmith, London, England in 1967, I have always been scientifically minded and an aviation enthusiast. I harnessed these skills and knowledge to create Project (M)Earth — a long‑form narrative universe set in the year 2277.
My work blends grounded science, aviation experience, cultural depth, and philosophical themes to create a future world which feels both cinematic and human. The work spanned 2001 – 2006.
My Creative Focus
My creative focus is universe‑scale storytelling. I build interconnected histories, technologies, cultures, and characters which extend far beyond a single narrative.
My goal is to create a world which feels lived‑in, internally consistent, and ready for multi‑format adaptation — from novels to film and beyond.
About Project (M)Earth
Project (M)Earth is a multi‑layered sci‑fi universe exploring humanity’s struggle to survive, adapt, and rediscover meaning in a fractured future.
The story is told by Thich Hanh Tu, a monk whose voice forms the spiritual backbone of the narrative. He guides the reader through a retrospective account of how the threat emerged, how the world responded, and how the peaceful Earth of 2,277 confronts it. At a pivotal moment, Thich Hanh Tu brings the reader fully up to date — and the story continues in real time.
The universe is built on more than 85 core assets: characters, technologies, factions, locations, philosophies, and historical events.
Project (M)Earth blends the science and society of 2,277 with the ancient, mystical practices of a secretive Buddhist order hidden on Mount Kailash in the Gangtise range of Tibet. Their ancient rddhi practices collide with 23rd‑century power, technology, and wealth.
Origins of the Story
The origins of Project (M)Earth began with a series of questions about humanity’s future — what we lose, what we carry forward, and what we rediscover when everything familiar collapses.
Over time, these ideas evolved into a structured universe shaped by my love of aviation, science, global cultures, and the quiet resilience of human beings.
A central question guided much of my work:
“Can my science fiction become science fact?”
In many cases, the science is sound — but harnessing the concepts will challenge the scientists and dreamers of the near future. In that sense, Project (M)Earth is also a call to action.
My Approach to World‑Building
I build worlds through a combination of research, lived experience, and structured design. My process includes:
• grounding technology in real physics and aviation principles
• weaving cultural and spiritual influences into the narrative
• designing assets which interlock across timelines
• maintaining internal consistency across the universe
My aim is to create a world which feels coherent, cinematic, and emotionally resonant.
The Vision for Development and Expansion
Project (M)Earth is designed with potential for expansion and further development:
• novels
• film and TV adaptations
• animated shorts
• audio transmissions
• technical guides
• lore expansions
The universe is built to scale — with enough depth to support decades of storytelling.
Background & Experience
My background spans technology, creative writing, and hands‑on aviation experience; I am a qualified Commercial Pilot and have flown in the areas I mention in project (M)Earth.
A YouTube channel, created by my Son when we travelled to San Diego last year (June 2025) where I taught him the fundamentals of flying can be found HERE
I studied physics to an advanced college level.
I’m also the creator of LunAds, which has 2 patents and trademarks granted and owned by me. LunAds appears as an ‘Easter egg’ within the Project (M)Earth universe (and this blog) — a subtle bridge between my real‑world innovations and my fictional world‑building. My work is shaped by a lifelong interest in science fiction, global cultures, and the mechanics of flight.
